This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be processed for purchases made on the Swag Platform.
1. General Policy
Gift cards purchased on Swag are generally non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once issued, as they are digital products that are delivered instantly. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from receiving or using your gift card, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- Duplicate Transactions: If you are charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a system error.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If your account is used for purchases without your authorization, subject to verification.
- Defective Gift Cards: If a gift card is issued but cannot be redeemed due to issues on our end or the brand's end.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Change of mind or accidental purchase
- Gift card already redeemed or partially used
- Expired gift cards
- Gift cards purchased more than 7 days ago
- Gift cards purchased using promotional codes or discounts
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team through email or in-app support within 7 days of purchase
- Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we may process the refund through an alternative method at our discretion.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider. Please allow additional time for bank processing.
7. Partial Refunds
In cases where a gift card has been partially used, only the unused portion may be eligible for refund, subject to our review and approval.
